Wheelman-ing is not a crime.

This is the Wheelman. It's a motorized skateboard inspired by surf, skate and ski concepts. It get speeds of up to 16 - 19 mph. Originally invented in Australia, you can now buy one in the U.S.

You control the speed via a pneumatic ball held in your hand. Hey, it can't be any more complicated than surfing, right?

I wish they had toys like this when I was a kid. But I guess I will always be a kid at heart… Looks like fun. I want one.

I remember seeing these at the Int’l MC Show at Long Beach in 02. Some guy outta Irvine was selling them.
This year there was a guy selling a cheap Chinese ripoff.
Wish I had bought one when they were around,but 1200 was a bit much IMHO.
