Originally built as part of the 1958 World's Fair, the Atomium is a replica of an iron molecule with nine aluminum spheres. The complex has been renovated and updated to include overnight accommodations for children.

Via Reuter's Oddly Enough Blog, the record for underwater dancing was set this past week in Sydney, Austrailia. Seventy-four scuba divers danced underwater together for at least 10 minutes. The event also raised money for charity.
