Via greenUPGRADER -- CLEVER is a three-wheeled car designed by the Technical University at Berlin. It runs on a compressed natural gas engine and emits about half the C002 that a Toyota Prius puts out. The prototype is being tested now.

The ICON A5 is new to the light sport aircraft category, specifically geared to consumer recreational flying. You'll need a sports license to fly it, which takes a few weeks of training instead of months. Of course, recruiting a brave passenger is up to you.

Via Crooked Brains -- Hotel Everland was created by Swiss artist/duo L/B (Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann), known for their installations that deal with architecture and space. Their style involves inviting the viewer to get involved and become part of the artwork. The hotel is currently located atop the Palais de Tokyo in Paris and can be booked for the night or visited during the day.

The makers of the Carver One call it the "fun commuter vehicle": it looks like a car but handles like a bike.

It's approved for road usage in the EU and New Zealand. Hopefully it will appear stateside as soon as possible.

Some reviewers say you'll never have more fun in a car. (Or on a bike.)
