The Hotel with One Room.
Via Crooked Brains --
Hotel Everland was created by Swiss artist/duo L/B (Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann), known for their installations that deal with architecture and space. Their style involves inviting the viewer to get involved and become part of the artwork. The hotel is currently located atop the Palais de Tokyo in Paris and can be booked for the night or visited during the day.

It's approved for road usage in the EU and New Zealand. Hopefully it will appear stateside as soon as possible.
Some reviewers say you'll never have more fun in a car. (Or on a bike.)
