Mavericks Surf Contest is known as one of the world's most intense and dangerous showdowns. Surfers compete against the weather, jagged rocks, the occasional Great White Shark, and of course, each other.
Greg Long was just announced as the 2008 Mavericks winner.

Sea Fever is a film that looks at the surf culture of Ireland, which has been developing since the 1960's and 70's. The project features dramatic shots of Ireland's giant wave, Aileens, as well as interviews with the early pioneers of Irish surfing, who used simple equipment and were driven by the spirit of adventure.
